No physician-patient relationship

Using this website does not create a physician-patient relationship. Sending an inquiry through the form does not create one either, and neither does receiving a reply from the office about scheduling.

A physician-patient relationship begins only when you have been seen for a consultation and it has been expressly established. Until then, please do not rely on anything from this site as though it were care you have received.

No guarantee of results

Individual results vary. Nothing on this website is a promise, warranty or guarantee that any particular result will be achieved, and no statement here should be read as one.

Where the site describes outcomes reported across the practice's patients, those are reported experiences across a population of people, not a projection for you. Factors including your age, sex, the pattern and stage of your hair loss, your general health and your medications all affect what is realistic in your case.

Testimonials and sample content

Any testimonial identified on this site as a sample is illustrative copy written for the layout. It does not describe a real patient, it is not evidence of any result, and it should not be relied on when deciding whether to seek treatment.

Use of the inquiry form

The inquiry form is provided so that you can arrange contact with the office. It is checked during business hours and is not monitored continuously.

The form must not be used to report a medical emergency or an urgent clinical concern. In an emergency, call 911. For an urgent question about treatment you have already received, telephone the office rather than writing.
